1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Full Circle Family Planning ("Full Circle," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at fullcirclefamilyplanning.com, including any content, forms, and features offered through it (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
Full Circle Family Planning provides family conversation facilitation, aging and long-term care planning support, care coordination, and coordination of the completion and execution of state statutory planning forms. Our founder is a licensed social worker. We are not a law firm, medical practice, or financial advisory firm.
3. No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
The content on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Full Circle Family Planning is not a law firm, and no one at Full Circle is acting as your attorney. Alli Records is a licensed social worker, not an attorney, and Full Circle does not provide legal advice or draft legal instruments such as wills, trusts, or deeds. Where legal drafting or legal advice is needed, we refer clients to independent licensed attorneys.
Your use of the Site, submission of a form, or scheduling of a conversation does not create an attorney-client relationship, a physician-patient relationship, a therapist-client relationship, or any professional or fiduciary relationship with Full Circle. A client relationship with Full Circle is formed only when both parties sign a written engagement letter describing the services, fees, and limitations of the engagement.
Laws governing powers of attorney, advance directives, and estate planning vary by state and change over time. Always consult a licensed attorney in your state about your specific situation before acting on anything you read here.
4. Not for Emergencies
Do not use this Site to seek help in an emergency. If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. If you suspect abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an older adult in Missouri, you can contact the Missouri Adult Abuse and Neglect Hotline (Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services) at 800-392-0210.
5. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site or to schedule a conversation with us.
6. Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Impersonate any person, or submit information about another person without their authority to do so;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation;
- Scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
7. Information You Submit
The Site allows you to contact us and to sign up for email updates. When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit detailed medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information through the Site's forms; we will gather sensitive details through secure intake processes after an engagement begins. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Full Circle Family Planning name and branding, question frameworks, guides, and page design — are owned by Full Circle Family Planning or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the clients who provided them. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the outcome of your family's planning process. Names and identifying details may be changed to protect client privacy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, forms, or services (for example, state statutory forms, scheduling tools, or referral partners such as elder law attorneys). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Circle Family Planning and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section applies to Site use only; services provided under a signed engagement letter are governed by that engagement letter.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Circle Family Planning and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect. Changes apply prospectively from posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 8, and 11–14) will survive.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business.
